All orders are subject to our 30 day return policy. Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receiving the product for a full product refund less shipping fees. The start of the 30 days begins the day you place the order with BambooKnittingNeedle.com. We recommend you fully insure your return shipment in the case it is lost or damaged. For your protection, use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Shipping charges can not be refunded. There are no restocking fees as long as the item is returned within the 30 day period in a like new state. All products returned must be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories & documentation provided by the manufacturer or BambooKnittingNeedle.com. In some instances, if a return is made and the item is not 100% complete, a refund may not be issued.
